Thursday, November 27, 2014 - Dark gold clr, showing no signs of ox. Surprising nose of white flower, honey, oak and vanillas - classic Cali chard, yet not overpowering. Palate was alive and kicking after one hour open. Round and full, good structure with more vanilla bean, lemon curd, white flower, touch of honey and some stone but more needed. Again was expecting DOA but very surprised, drink up if you got it.
