Saturday, May 1, 2021 - I agree with the notes here on opening. It tastes pretty simple and actually more ripe like 2018 and a little flabby but not bad. With a little air for an hour the acidity pops through though and it’s a much more interesting wine, decant it and rough it up a little and it’s a much more interesting white wine. I did not decant it but I’ll drink the rest a little more cool and put it in a decanter for an hour.
