Thursday, November 10, 2022 - Initial pop of big sweet cherry preserves on the nose, but after ~30 mins it calmed down to show black cherry, a little dried wood, rosemary, black currant, and clove-ish spice. Good med+ body, mostly resolved / med tannin, and med acid. Easy drinking, solid with pizza, I say drink now
