Wednesday, May 14, 2008 - I am new to wine tasting. Upon opening the bottle there was some sediment and crystals present. This did not seem to affect the tast. At first the wine was very tart and a little bitter, this mellowed out after an hour or so. Over all I did enjoy the wine. I think it would go well with a strong tasting food like Steak with garlic or BBQ.
