Friday, May 5, 2023 - At this point in time.....smooooooth...like butter...but no butter. This isn't an over oaked american chardonnay for god's sake.
It was still fantastic, but definitely time to drink. Had it with burgers...and with or without the food it was delicious. But tannins are definitely gone.
