Tuesday, March 31, 2020 - This is an absolute show stopper! My first reaction after swallowing the first clear yellow straw colored sip, was, "Bone dry, Bone meal, wet limestone, and china dust!" After sitting with it for a while I was smitten. It was bone dry to be sure, and bristling electrically. There were light yellow and white stone fruits, and an absolutely awesome perception of desiccated tropical fruit. This is usually not good in a Chardonnay, but it is perfect here, as it never strayed from being chisled flint, precise, cut. It had verve, and was joyous to drink. Man did I like this!
