Medium taste of red cherry raspberry, forest floor, mushrooms, black pepper and wet leaves. Long and dry finish. Medium acidity. Medium (-) tannins. Medium body. A very good Bourgogne Rouge that shows nice aromas of maturation. Needed an hour to open. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with duck, mushrooms or pork.
