Friday, November 5, 2021 - Interesting wine. Good with a ripe yet fresh nose and palate. Has citrus underpinnings but really spins into the melon, floral, and some other fruit aroma I can't identify--probably tropical. Drank over several nights, and it gained fruit and lost acidity, perhaps to its detriment depending on one's preference. Wine store really hyped it in an email offer and this wine is not quite as good as the hype. Apparently this is the village version of Godello, of which there are more refined single vineyard crus. Have another bottle so will be curious to retaste down the road.
