Saturday, March 30, 2024 - Scarlet with rusty glints. Nose of red plum, faint tar, dense earth, dark violets. Layers of nimble but firmly-etched red plum, berry, hints of asphalt, and sweet earth on the palate. Fresh acidity and youthful, slightly dusty tannin. Longer finish of clear red fruit cut with iron and tar. Lovely wine showing beautifully at this early stage.
