Friday, June 18, 2021 - Raspberry, strawberry and vanilla on the nose. Dry. Cold, fresh and delicious fruit. Nice acidety. Oak and cherry on the palate. Silky tannins. Integrated alcohol. Loong exit. A very juicy and drinkable Hirsch PN.
