Monday, March 15, 2021 - The last two bottles stored in my cellar both had a little sharp edge (bit bitter). Bottle variation? Extremely disappointed but hoping it was an anomaly. I will repurchase and see. I had previously purchased and thoroughly enjoyed this crisp, dry and light sipper.
