Wednesday, May 8, 2019 - New Zealand micro trip; 5/6/2019-5/9/2019 (North Island, New Zealand): Controlled but butter, sweet spice, oak, more citric (lemon) than the kidnappers but with a slightly peachy tag on the nose. Having said that it's richer on the palate with butter, peach and a little woody spice. Hmm
