Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over about three hours.

Light yellow color in the glass, just a little cloudy looking. Nose of hazelnut, creme, vanilla and yellow apple. Flavors of yellow apple, lemon zest and a bit of peach pit on the finish. Medium acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold.
