Tuesday, August 14, 2012 - Spectacular showing at our anniversary dinner tonight at Two Chefs. It went especially well with Cathy's boneless short ribs, barley risotto and dried cherries. This tasting reinforces in my mind that KB is clearly a top-tier PN winery in California.

Medium-plus color. Jammy nose of raspberry, plum and blackberry. Velvety in the mouth. Good weight, acidity and tannin structure, held up nicely through a long dinner.
