Monday, December 16, 2013 - Dark crimson color turning rust at the rim with an funky nose of Russian River earth and dried herbs. The palate is rich with a smooth, meaty texture highlighted by notes of red currants, leather, sage and tobacco. Finishes long with gritty tannins. Good balance and food-friendly. Drink now with a 30-minute decant until 2025.
