Wednesday, January 2, 2008 - Like all KB wines require, I opened the bottle an hour before enjoying.
Enjoyed half the bottle with deep pit beef from Glick's and the second half the next day. Nice red fruit nose. Nice mouth feel with tastes of cherry coke and spice.
