Thursday, March 6, 2008 - Drank over 2 nights. At first noticed that typical cherry-cola nose and I detected a bit of soy or teryaki as well. The finish was a bit hot and you can detect some oak. By the 2nd night, the heat had disappated leaving fresh red fruit. Will hold my other bottle 2-3 years like I did with my 2003 KB.
