Friday, June 6, 2008 - This was not my style at first -- hot, jammy cherry fruit tasted a little stewed -- but after about 60-90 minutes it really opened up and was much more subtle with more secondary vanilla, sasparilla, and cola (unfortunately most of the bottle was gone) -- still needs time, or an hour decant.
