Friday, October 23, 2020 - This is such a fabulous wine and a sharp value year in and year out. I always find these quite Chablis-like. Pours light straw. The nose is light and somewhat tight showing cold steel, lime peel, lemon, green apple, and a light mineral component. The palate shows a light touch of viscosity, but then lovely medium plus cutting acid with some green apple skin, lime, and a touch of cold cream on the finish. The finish is medium and very pleasant.
