Saturday, October 7, 2023 - Decanted about an hour before dinner. Initially i got a hint of violets upon opening the bottle, but that seems to have died 10 minutes into the first glass.
It’s pretty acidic and quite tanic. Should go well with a fatty steak.
We are having this with baseball rib eyes and a grilled Cesar salad.
No notes after dinner but the bottle was gone, and we enjoyed it very much.
