Friday, December 4, 2020 - Let decant for about an hour and a half. Nose of cedar, vanilla from the oak, slight menthol, dark red cherry, and maybe some rose petals. Palate was dark cherries, plum, cigar box. Delicious. Needs time still. Definitely one to hold off for another 2-3 years and will probably go 10-15.
