Thursday, February 11, 2021 - Why I love this: it’s the complexity and all the herbal and spicy (cinnamon) notes coupled with the juicy fruit (not heavy - but complex) and long interesting finish, just enough acidity to make you keep wanting more. It’s sophisticated, elegant, big, but not too much.
