Thursday, April 15, 2021 - Deep ruby purple
Spicy peppery nose and rich black raspberry flavors with a quite spicy finish with tannins on the back end.
Quite flavorful, but a bit raw at this point, by no means elegant. Seemingly huge potential as this comes together over the next five years or so.
This needs a decant or a fair amount of time
