Friday, August 18, 2023 - Restrained nose of strawberry jam and leather. Medium acidity, stewed strawberries and plums with forest floor notes and some leather. Medium tannins, oaky ending. This was delicious and improved over time with air. Dense, if the ending is a bit thin. Well balanced and in a great spot now, I feel this shows the right balance between primary Nd secondary flavors, with just emerging tertiary notes. Very good but not excellent.
