Friday, October 6, 2017 - Coravin # 2 - tobacco, smoke, cigar box, espresso, chocolate, pepper. Raspberry, blackberry, açai, leather, meat, bacon. Old school earthy for sure. Beef blood. Better than the first night we drank it. With some air really comes alive. I get the fuss now. Flirting with perfection.
