Friday, February 19, 2021 - If I had another bottle, I'd give it another year or two to round out. I had some with a Provencal cream sauce, seafood noodle dish. It went well with the food, but has a short finish and isn't as pleasant drinking on it's own now that the food is gone. Color is blue-tinged garnet. Nose is cherry and ethanol.
