Saturday, February 23, 2019 - Absolutely delicious - mostly Roussanne, with some Jacquère and Mondeuse. Starts off floral / mineral / slate / tight, with good mouthfeel but without the waxy texture / heaviness that can make Roussanne cloying. After an hour of air, it's a stunner - round and broad, exotic and super refined. The texture is the star here, just mouthcoating and almost slippery. Supporting flavors of peach, cinnamon, vanilla. So much focus, detail...I can still taste it now, the next day...so good...
