Thursday, December 2, 2021 - I'm thinking I have an oxidized bottle here. Super evolved amber gold color. Hard smoky notes, with some pleasant rich honeyed melon notes in the back ground. Cork was soaked half way, but didn't look like it broke through at the top. I know this bottling can be super extracted so I am not sure if this is a result of holding it too long. Bought at the winery on release and stored in a cold cellar.
