Sunday, February 12, 2023 - This wine started out with alot of Zinfandel like jamminess, dense sweet plum and vanilla. After a couple of hours it improved tremendously, lost those 3 overwhelming flavors and became blackberry, blueberry, blackcurrant, smoke, and violet. One of the more drastic change in flavors I've experienced in a wine.
