Taste and flavor initially nothing but it was warm. Just tasted like alcohol burn

Eventually mild strawberries and watermelon aroma

Very low acid or like it’s slightly bitter effervescence, seltzer like. There’s no bottom end, moire sour than acid. No body or spine
