Saturday, September 28, 2019 - This a good wine, especially for the AUD$21 I paid for. Still lively and fresh, benefiting from time in the glass to settle down. Red cherries, a little hedgerow, a hint of smoke. Palate is plumper than the nose would suggest, but still lithe and balanced. Hint of anise on the decent finish.
