Friday, September 20, 2019 - 70% Chardonnay, 30% SB. 2 rows of Chard. 500-6pks. First made in 1991. Mature jelly bean aromas. 15% new barrel ferment. Just 1 barrique new to make that 15%. Red apple and fresh pear aromas. Excellent. Suave palate.
