Monday, March 6, 2023 - Surprisingly good! Smooth and well integrated. Maybe not at its peak, but still delicious. We were afraid it might have been over the hill, so we’ve been putting off opening it, but it did not disappoint. Decanted carefully, as there was a fair bit of sediment. We made sure to finish the bottle, because we didn’t think it would be as good on day 2!
