Likes this wine:

Sunday, December 27, 2020 - Have been on a white wine tear this holiday season. Its been pretty brisk out and even had some show fall on Christmas. This spoke to me for accompanying Chicken Francaise and it hit the mark well. PnP, no real decant; lazy. The glass is pale straw, looks light and swirls light. Nose is spiced pears (festive), sugar cane, slight floral. The mouth-feel is medium though and is soft pear, light tart granny smith, baking spice. Transitions to lemony citrus in the middle with bright acidity and some wet stone underneath. Finish is as it started, pears, and mellow. Not tart, not sharp acidic, yet you get some puckering/mouth-watering sensations, light textures, fades smooth. Balance is a bit up and down. I do think its an interesting food wine; otherwise a slow sipper. A drink now bottle, not thinking this will grow to be much more than it is or what a night out breathing could accomplish.
