Wednesday, February 21, 2024 - Great wine! Still a little early for this wine to show best, but still approachable and enjoyable now. Will be better in 5 years. Maybe I’d score the 98-100 points that several critics gave it? Bountiful black fruit in a New World style but some of the acidity more of classic Bordeaux, if a bit less in 2018 than some years. One of the favorites of the night of first growths from both sides of the Gironde.
