Friday, January 12, 2024 - Three hour decant. Deep dark magenta color. Blackberry, shortbread, and mushroom. Dry, satiny palate. Full, plush tannins on the longish finish.

This is a very unique Paso Cab. It’s really special. There’s a unique combination of elegance, richness, and voluptuousness, which is a difficult balance to achieve.

    1/14/2024 5:55:00 PM - Had this wine during a remote tasting in the height of COVID. Thought it was an ideal way to explore PASO wines. Agree with you completely 2018 and 2019 BENOM reds were elegant wines. Glad to know the Origin is more full bodied today. Thank you for the TN.
