Wednesday, May 13, 2020 - Nice Oregon Pinot. Lots of light red fruit on the nose - strawberry, raspberry and cherry. Balanced but on the crisp side, Medium length. First impression on taste is cherry and raspberry. We enjoyed this with wild salmon. I am looking forward to our remaining 2 bottles. I didn’t detect any smoke on the wine.
