Nose has faded since my last tasting two years ago, but still with honey and wild flower aromas. Palate shows less fruit and is more floral dominated with a significant increase in acidity. Medium-long finish. Definitely showing more of a tokaji character now than ever before. When first released it might have been hard to associate this with tokaji, but now the connection is unmistakable. Still quite good, but unquestionably starting to fade – drink any remaining bottles now.
