Wednesday, December 21, 2022 - The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, blueberry, gooseberry, prune, forest floor, mineral, mushroom, high toast, coconut, oak, cedar and meaty. The body is medium/full. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has high acidity.
