Saturday, March 19, 2022 - La Paulee NYC 2022 walkaround tasting
From the bottom part, but not in the water pit. Spicy and slightly oaky nose from the barrel. Soft in the mouth, luscious and viscous, ripe dark fruit, but in balance, rich and reasonnably long aftertaste.
