Tuesday, February 8, 2022 - Pure power and energy. An intense nose that includes rich, cider apple notes, honeysuckle and daffodil, almonds, and some herbal and yeasty characteristics. The chiseled, stony palate is softened just a bit by the oak aging. The finish is long, tensile and mouth watering.
