Saturday, October 15, 2022 - I opened this wine 2 hours before consumption . Upon opening, the color was brick and the tannins overwhelmed the fruit. Two hours later, this wine was lovely. The color evolved to garnet with tawny at the edge. The nose was dark fruits and eucalyptus. The fruits opened into cassis and dark berries. I’m sad it was my last bottle, but will cherish the memory.
