Friday, February 20, 2009 - Popped and poured. Huge dark fruit nose. Taste was a little muted for first 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, wine really opened up and was MUCH better. Definitely would recommend a one hour decant time before drinking. I think this wine has big potential with proper decanting.
