Saturday, February 8, 2020 - Some what odd experience the rich, mellow and fruity body balanced with a "sharpness" that takes away the sweetness. Maybe the bourbon barrel that makes this? No tannins left so drink now. Became a little more balance after 1 hour but made no big difference.
