Saturday, December 23, 2023 - Been drinking this wine for over 20 years now and it never fails to disappoint. Unlike a lot of European wines like Bordeaux blends, Ridge zins are great right from the bottle, no breathing time needed. Still good on Day 2, but starts to decline on Day 3.
