Thursday, May 24, 2018 - The nose was dark, showing crushed blackberry, plums, Christmas spice, smoke, floral undergrowth and hints of tobacco. On the palate, I found soft textures with dark red and blueberry fruits, savory spice, inner florals, and minerals. It finished firm with grippy tannin giving way to tart red fruits and hints of savory herbs.
