Sunday, May 30, 2021 - From 375ml. Opened five hours ahead. The first scent is rose, then some green pepper, and some chocolate covered cherries and also fresh raspberries. All there on the palette, the juicy chocolate cherries just wonderful, and some lovely cracked black pepper. Some cherry juice soaked pastry as well later on on the nose and pallette. A little dusty tannic grip that I like. Perfect acidity, great balance
