Tuesday, May 9, 2017 - Should've been drunk a decade ago, as it's barely holding together. Still of interest, though. Balsamic, soy-glazed cherry fruit backed by just enough acidity to offset the sweetness of the fruit. Tarry, nutty, mushroomy finish.
