Saturday, December 12, 2020 - Tried based on enthusiastic recommendations on WB, and not disappointing. Definite black pepper and violets nose, tasted of fully- but not over-ripe syrah, still-fresh tannins, bramble and light dirt. Will try again tonight with pot roast chuck
