Saturday, December 23, 2023 - Always a joy to drink these wines. Ginger, honey, honeysuckle, baked apple nose. Rich and full bodied on the palate but with characteristic acidity and minerality. Others are tasting a hint of residual sugar but I think that’s just ripeness.
